概 述
FY型耐腐蚀立式浆液泵是一种单级单吸长轴式液下离心泵，其标记、额定性能点和法兰连接尺寸等效采用ISO2858国际标准、技术条件采用IS05199标准。与原FY型耐腐蚀浆液泵相比，具有体积小、效率高、节能效果好,运行可靠等优点。适用于输送稍含固体颗粒、磨料的腐蚀性介质。
泵的输送温度一般为0~ 105C。温度在- 20~0C、105~ 180C时可采用保温夹套及冷却夹套，采用低温或高温耐磨导轴承，此类情况用户应说明。
如输送介质有少量固体颗粒，滑动轴承应采用外润滑方式(外接压力大于0.2MPa的清水和其它允许的介质)，此类情况用户应说明。
浆液泵的工作压力按1.6MPa设计。
泵的性能范围:流量为1.6- 2600m/h，扬程为5- 132m。
根据所输送介质的不同，FY型立式液下泵接触液体部分的材质可选用铸铁(用符号H表示)、铸钢、1Cr18Ni9Ti(用符号B 表示)、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(用符号M表示)、301、 304L、 316、316L、904、Lewmet合金、20号合金等材料制造。
General
FY series corrosive vertical submerged pump is oneofsingle - stage single - suction long - shaft submerged cen-trifugal pumps . lts marks, performance points and dimen-sion of flange are designed according to InternationalStandard of ISO2858 . lts technical conditions are designedaccording to ISO5199.lt has litle volume, high effciency,power saving, operating liability compared with former FYseries corrosive vertical submerged pump.It can not pumpcorrosive medium which has solid particles and wearablematerials .
The medium temperature varies from 0C to 105C.Heat preservation closed cover and low - temperaturewearable guide bearing are used when the temperature ofmedium is from 20C tooC, cooling closed cover andhigh temperature wearable guide bearing are used whenthe temperature of medium is from 105C to 180C .Thiscondition must be stated when ordering.
If medium has littte solid particle , sliding bearingshould be outer - lubricated bearing, which shall be statedclearly when ordering(water and other allowed mediumwhose outer pressure is over 0. 2MPa).
Operating pressure is designedat 1.6 MPa.
Performance range: Capacity:1.6 - 2600m³/h, head: 5- 132m.
The materials contacting with liquid can be selected ascast iron(H),cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M),304,304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewmet Alloy, 20# Alloy according to different medium.
